Petersfield Golf Club members have enjoyed a year of fundraising by holding a wide variety of events to support the  Captains’ chosen charities.  A competition to guess how many golf balls would be found in the course’s lakes by divers (over 1,000 were retrieved!), various quizes and raffles (to which 30 other Golf Clubs donated prizes), all helped to contribute towards funds raised by the Club in 2009.  Elizabeth FitzRoy Support has received a very generous gift of £1,797.  This will be used to help purchase new  IT equipment for the Petersfield Disability Resource Centre, making computer technology accessible to all the members through specialist hardware and software.
