We build appropriate support around individuals, rather than expecting them to fit into pre-determined services.
Taking Control
We encourage the people who use our services to take control of their lives and do the things they want to do, whether this is to get a job, take up a new hobby or learn a new skill.
Partnership
We are honest and open about what we can achieve for the people who use our services. We act as a ‘signposting’ organisation, helping people to access other services offered by alternative providers if this is in the best interests of the individual.
