Supported Living and Domiciliary
Care Services
Many people are able to live in their own homes, either
as owners, with families or as tenants of Housing Associations. We are currently supporting
around 100 people this way, offering them support tailored to meet their
very specific requirements, without compromising on our high standards. The
level of support we offer ranges from a few hours a week to full 24 hour
assistance.

Registered Care Homes
Some people require
more support to manage aspects of their daily lives. Registered care
homes often support people with severe and profound learning disabilities,
very restricted mobility, sensory disabilities, epilepsy and other medical
conditions requiring high level support. We run 12 care homes around
the country, providing support to 125 people.

Registered Nursing Homes
We currently operate two registered nursing homes supporting a total
of 27 people with very profound and complex needs. People requiring
this level of support usually have multiple physical disabilities as
well as learning disabilities.
All registered services are subject to
regular independent inspection from the Commission for Social Care
Inspectorate (CSCI). You can
request a copy of the inspection reports (and any response that Elizabeth
FitzRoy Support has made to them) from the appropriate service manager
or you can find them on the CSCI website at www.csci.gov.uk/inspection_reports

Day Support Services
We provide a wide range
of flexible day support activities for approximately 220 people. The
activities are tailored to meet the needs, aspirations and interests of
each individual and can take place in our own ‘clubhouse’ style
centres, in the local community or in people’s own homes. They
include anything from office and IT skills, to aromatherapy sessions, to
swimming and bowling at the local sports centre. Many of the people
we support attend college courses and others have valued volunteer roles.
