Domiciliary Support – Charlotte
Charlotte has shared ownership of a bungalow in Norfolk. She is extremely proud of her home and has begun to grow her own fruit and vegetables which she tends on a daily basis.
Charlotte has high support needs but is keen to be less reliant on others. She is learning, with long-term support, to do more and more for herself. Her family currently help her with her shopping and preparing a list of what she needs, but there will come a time when they will be unable to continue to do this. We are working closely with her to support her to do this, and other daily tasks, herself.
