Leisure and Out of Home Support
We support people to pursue their interests, hobbies and other activities away from home, and to access facilities in the community. We encourage people to consider educational, leisure, volunteering and employment opportunities. Our aim is to help the people we support to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
We also run a number of resource centres which members use as a springboard to access facilities and services in the community. These resources offer members everything from art and drama classes to IT training, and provide opportunities to meet with friends, learn new skills and develop social networks. We will signpost members to other providers where appropriate, to pursue specific interests and goals.
