Community Resource Centre
Meadow Cottage, Overstrand, Norfolk
The Centre is used by residents from our registered nursing home, Meadow Cottage, which shares the same site. People from the local community also come in on a daily basis to use the Centre.
A range of activities are arranged both at the Centre and out in the community. Some will be on a one-to-one basis, and others as group sessions. The music workshop is particularly popular and sees everyone banging a drum, playing a percussion instrument or humming along to popular tunes.
Swimming is a favourite and is arranged on a regular basis at the local leisure centre.
