Silver Birches is a large chalet-style house, incorporating 3 flats, in a pleasant residential area of Richmond. Each of the 15 residents has their own room, decorated and furnished to their personal taste. The ground floor is well adapted to meet the various needs of 7 residents, while the flats above are for those who can manage the stairs. There is a well equipped multi-sensory room as well as a large, attractive and fully accessible garden.

Residents are supported to access the local amenities in and around Richmond; some attend college and many enjoy going to the theatre. They also like to do their own shopping and use the nearby sports facilities. Public transport links around Silver Birches are excellent and they are also fortunate to have their own specially adapted minibus.
