John Waddington Chairman	Trustee since 1995, assumed role of Chairman in 2004. Former partner at Deloitte & Touche. Lives in London .
Edward Thornton-Firkin Vice Chairman	Son of founder of Thornton Firkin, a practice of Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants Lives in Cheshire and became a Trustee in 2001.
Murray Duncanson	Lives in North Berwick , currently CEO of NHS Lothian Primary & Community Division in Edinburgh, part of NHS Lothian. Formerly worked in London with the Department of Health. Joined the Trustees in 2002.
Lady Louise FitzRoy	Louise runs her own business, FG Consultants, a bespoke relocation company and is based in London . Joined the Trustees in 2002.
Andrew Grant	High Sheriff of Hereford from April 2005. Former Chair of the Country Landowners Association. Involved with Elizabeth FitzRoy Support since 1993. Runs an estate agency in Worcestershire.
Georgina Hovey	Joined the Board of Trustees in 2001 following a long involvement as secretary of our Sussex Supporters Fundraising Group.
Margaret Marshall	Chairman of Elizabeth FitzRoy Support from 1996 until 2004. Lives in London and owns a property development company. Margaret has had a long association with the organisation.
Barbara Thomson	Previously from London, Barbara is now based in Fakenham, Norfolk and is a Partner with solicitors Butcher Andrews. Barbara joined the Trustees in 1999.
Caroline Armstrong-Jones	Having spent 20 years as a Director for an events management firm, Caroline dedicates a great deal of her time to the various charities with which she is associated. Caroline lives in south London with her young family and joined the Board in 2005.
Roger Cheesley	Joined the board in 2007. Former partner of Deloitte. Livers in Amberley, West Sussex.

Chief Executive

Steve joined the organisation in 1999 and has 30 Years experience in social care, both public sector and third sector. Qualified Social Worker (CQSW) and has an MBA from the Open University.

Neil Taggart

Director of Operations

Neil is CSS qualified with a certificate in the Management of Residential Services. Over 30 years experience in social care management in both the public and voluntary sectors.

Anna Galliford

Director of Finance

Anna is CIMA Qualified with over 20 years post qualification experience in financial management, both commercial and third sector, with turnovers of up to £25m.

Julie Foster

Director of Fundraising and Communications

After 5 years with NSPCC working specifically within Corporate Fundraising, Julie joined Elizabeth FitzRoy Support to form a new directorate of Fundraising & Communications in 2002.

Andrew Arkinstall

Director of Human Resources

Andrew was appointed to a new directorate of Human Resources in 2006, having joined the organisation as Personnel Manager in 2001. With 20 years experience in public and voluntary sectors, Andrew holds an MBA and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
